The Sports Panel™ is a genetic test that provides key information to establish the best personalized training plan for athletes of all ages at all levels of performance.

The genetic results are intended to help achieve maximum athletic performance while preserving health. 

How are the results derived and are they science based? 

In the pursuit of peak physical health and performance, individuals are increasingly turning to personalized approaches that leverage the unique blueprint encoded within their DNA. 

The Sports Panel Report delves into the world of genetic traits and their profound influence on an individual's dietary requirements and sports performance. We have worked with top sports scientists who have played a pivotal role in the study of genetics, sports performance, nutrition, and diet to create this report made from 100 gene variances. 

Our participants in developing the Sports Panel include authors of large athlete genetic studies such as “Can Genetics Predict Sports Injury?” and “Born Equal: Can Genetics Make the Perfect Athlete?” 

What areas are covered in your personalized Sports Panel? 

Sports/Physical performance – This is the area where aspects such as muscle power, stamina, VO2 max, and other sports performance predispositions will be found. 

Nutrition – This is the diet section. Macronutrient response, and other diet aspects like lactase intolerance will be found here. 

Supplements – This area focuses on supplement response with the primary focus being on sports performance, but there are also some wellness/health aspects within. 

Vitamins/Minerals – This area focuses on potential risks of vitamin/mineral deficiency from genotypes. 

Psychology – This aspect focuses on 3 traits that genes play a large role in – dopamine response, aggression, and pessimism and optimism.

  • Type of cardiovascular exercise 

  • Optimal time spent in an intense resistance training session

  • Optimal sessions per week
